ORDER CONFIRMATION & SERVICE AGREEMENT

By completing payment and submitting your order, you (“Creator”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below. This agreement is legally binding and governs all services provided by MonetizeCreators (“Company”).

1. SERVICES INCLUDED

Basic Website Offer (€300–€350)

Includes:

  • A fully working, ready-to-use website system

  • Core monetization offer agreed upon during the sales call

  • Creator-selected website look/design

  • Delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days after project start

  • Website delivered to the Creator’s email address

  • Website built on Wix.com (Creator must have or create a Wix account)

  • Full ownership of the website transferred to the Creator upon delivery

  • Access to the Media Portal

  • Website usage tutorial

  • Basic marketing tips

  • Access to the Full Site Course

Buy Today Bonus (first meeting only):

  • Monetize & Scale Creator Course (digital bonus)

Premium Website Offer (€999)

Includes everything in the Basic Website Offer, plus:

  • Priority delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Up to 3 website revisions (Basic includes 2)

2. DELIVERY & REVISIONS

  • Delivery timelines begin once all required information and access are provided by the Creator.

  • Delivery may be extended if the Creator requests changes or additional revisions.

  • Revision limits:

    • Basic: 2 revisions

    • Premium: 3 revisions

  • Additional revisions may require additional fees.

3. DOMAIN, HOSTING & PLATFORM

  • Domain name and hosting plans are not included in any offer.

  • The Creator is responsible for purchasing their own domain and hosting.

  • Full setup instructions are provided inside the course materials.

  • The website is delivered via Wix.com.

4. ACCESS & SUPPORT

  • A Company assistant account may be added to the website for up to 7 days of free post-delivery support.

  • Assistant access can be removed at any time by the Creator.

  • Instructions for managing and removing access are provided in the course materials.

5. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

  • All payments are final.

  • Once website creation has started, refunds are not possible.

  • Digital products, courses, and bonuses are non-refundable once access is granted.

6. NO GUARANTEES

The Company does not guarantee income, growth, brand deals, or specific results. Outcomes depend on the Creator’s effort, audience, and market conditions.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All systems, templates, courses, strategies, and materials provided by the Company remain the intellectual property of MonetizeCreators and may not be resold or redistributed.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Company’s registered business jurisdiction (Europe).

9. ACCEPTANCE

Submission of payment confirms acceptance of this agreement, authorizes MonetizeCreators to begin work immediately, and confirms agreement to all selected services and terms.
